Our firm was started as a joint venture firm with Degussa, Germany manufacturing Quality Temperature Sensors. Our Company has been an ISO certified company since 2000.

We have been manufacturing our quality temperature sensors from the basic raw material stage at our most modern factory at Tarapur since almost a quarter of a century. This unit was set up as a joint venture firm with the world famous firm of M/s. Degussa, with 35% equity participation,who supplied their technology for the manufacture of the above products. Thus, we can claim to be the first manufacturer in India and one of the few in the world of Platinum Ceramic Resistance Elements and Mineral Insulated Thermocouples from the basic raw material stage.

Our engineers have taken extensive training at M/s. Degussa's factory and initially during the commissioning period of our factory M/s. Degussa's engineers have visited us and stayed in our factory for several weeks to supervise all aspects of the production and testing to ensure that the technology has been properly transferred. Thereafter our engineers have regularly visited M/s. Degussa's works at Hanau and we have thus ensured that we have kept abreast with the latest developments in the field and also that we have been manufacturing strictly as per the Degussa standards. As you are perhaps aware, approximately 15 years ago M/s. Degussa has given up the entire technical product range and have sold their precious metal and other metal units. However, we are even now representing this division of the successor firm of M/s. Degussa and have a close interaction with them thus facilitating us to draw upon the latest developments in the field.

The entire testing equipment has been imported from M/s. Degussa and all the critical raw materials are being imported.

In fact till date we have supplied about one million RTD Elements and over 2,50,000 meters of M.I.Thermocouples to our various Indian customers including almost all major players in the core industries. These RTD elements & M.I. Thermocouples have been used for almost all applications including nuclear applications, thermal power plant applications, fertilizer plants, petrochemicals and chemicals applications, etc,etc. where the requirements are often very stringent and we are proud to state that our temperature sensors have been well accepted by all our above customers.

We would like to point out that we have perhaps the most modern manufacturing unit in India devoted exclusively to the manufacture of RTD Assemblies and M.I. Thermocouple Assemblies, completely based on the most modern technology & know-how & equipment from M/s. Degussa who can be considered as one of the few most pioneering organisations in the world in this field.
